Then this two-day workshop is for you! It is designed to generate a powerful understanding of your own individual passion, purpose and potential, as well as learning new techniques to enable others to do so.
What is Passion?
Do you remember when you felt really passionate about your job or a project? You probably felt energised at the end of the day. And even though you worked a long day, it is likely that you felt focused, motivated, happy or in a state of “flow” while working.
From research with many groups, we have come to use the definition that Passion is the deep inner drive to reach for what you love.
About the Workshop Leader: Peter Wallman
Peter has always been fascinated with the amazing power of passion. He is a now a recognised thought leader on the nature of passion and how to bring passion to life for individuals and for organisations.
He has enjoyed several careers as a leadership coach, workshop leader, group facilitator and for 10 years as CEO of an international investment bank.
Peter is now CEO of Passion Maps Pty Limited, an Australian based company which has developed leading edge techniques to bring the power of passion to life for individuals and organisations around the world.
He is the inventor of Passion Mapping™, a process accessing multiple intelligences which is used in programs for clients in the fields of business, government, education and sport.
In his book, “The Wisdom of Passion“, he was the first to demonstrate that passion can be ‘shaped’ to enable accessibility to the power of passion for the benefit of individuals and organisations. Peter is also a professional speaker and facilitator.

A preliminary workbook is provided requiring 2 hours self-reflective time prior to the workshop.

Passion Discovery
- How can I understand passion?
- What most inspires me in my life and work?
- What language releases the energy of my passions?
Passion Mapping
- How does the energy of my different passions arise for me?
- How do I connect with my passions and create a coherent pattern or map?
- What can I learn from my Personal Passion Map?
Day 2
Life and Work Visioning
- What is my unique contribution to the world?
- What do I uniquely bring to my work?
- How do I access the energy of my passion at will?
- What can I do now to enhance my work experience?
Life Aspiration
- What makes my life and career most purposeful?
- What initiatives should I now take to live a fully passionate life?
- What requests do I have of others to support me?

Entitlements after the PM workshop
1. One 15-minute Skype check in session with Peter Wallman to support integrating PM workshop outcomes into work and life
2. Access to regular Mapper Tips.
2 Day Accreditation Program:
- Two days of intensive training workshop building key knowledge and skills
- Become a skilled practitioner in the unique techniques of both Personal Passion Mapping and Refresher Passion Mapping
- Build strategies to integrate Passion Mapping into your existing business or practice
Entitlements after Accreditation workshop
- Three month qualifying period during which you are required to complete 4 qualifying PPM Programs
- Participate in teleconferences; under mentorship by Peter Wallman
- Peer review program under the guidance of Peter Wallman
Once accredited, you can:
- Facilitate and refresh Personal Passion Maps
- Participate in a global practitioner network
- Access practitioner resources on our practitioner website which includes marketing /promotional material
- Receive client referrals from Passion Maps
