Passion is a little understood but potent force that is rarely taken advantage of by facilitators. Passion is life force energy and requires precision processes to be mobilised. Passion energises and directs people when there are the tools in place to do so.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to the surprising power of passion that you can use for more powerful facilitation outcomes. The workshop will be relevant to you as a coach or facilitator regardless of the sizes of the group size you work with.

And you will learn how to use the ‘Power of Passion’ – In Out Together and Space model that makes this all possible.

We will demonstrate and you will learn proven practical techniques for discovery, awakening and harmonising passions for any size group. We will practice creating personal and collective spaces in which the extraordinary power of passion is present.

About the Facilitator

Peter Wallman

A long standing member of AFN, Peter Wallman has facilitated groups using many techniques such as computer groupware, appreciative enquiry, world cafes, open space, six thinking hats, Passion Mapping and others. For the past fifteen years he has been researching and working in the field he is passionate about – how to use the power of passion to engage and empower individuals, couples, teams and groups to become a force for good in the world

His research together with his knowledge of scientific, behavioural and business disciplines culminated in the development of a potent executive development tool, ‘Passion Maps’ which accesses cognitive, intuitive, emotional and somatic intelligences. Peter has trained facilitators and coaches in 10 countries and brings his diverse knowledge of facilitation practices to small and large groups. He has served several world leading companies.

In particular he has developed techniques ways to energise and improve facilitation techniques using the Power of Passion model.

Peter has recently un-retired as he feels called to disseminate his unique learning experiences to other practitioners.

He is the author of “The Wisdom of Passion”, which has been described as the first book to truly enunciate the power and possibility of managing passion.
